Landlock Mptcp Port Control
A part of the BigLandlockNetworkingFix.
It’s like LandlockTcpPortControl, but for Multipath-TCP.
Since MPTCP is backwards compatible with regular TCP, restricting MPTCP in one way or another is needed to effectively restrict the creation of incoming and outgoing TCP connections.
